11:30am | Group welcome. Meet with our host, Liz Long, and fellow travellers to discuss itinerary
arrangements.
1:00pm | Lunch at the Mandarin Hotel; at Heston Blumenthal’s new restaurant, Dinner, which
promises to be a first class culinary experience.
3:30pm | Afternoon and evening at your leisure.
Cotswolds | Washbourne Manor Hotel
Monday 10th September 2012
7:00am | Breakfast at Washbourne Manor Hotel.
8:30am | We board our personal coach and travel to Oxford. On arrival, we have 2 hours to explore
the historic city.
12:00pm | Lunch at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons; Raymond Blanc’s two star Michelin restaurant,
located in the Oxfordshire village of Great Milton.
3:00pm | En route for Lower Slaughter, we stop at Blenheim Palace to explore the
magnificent palace and surrounding gardens.
7:30pm | A very special dinner awaits us at Daylesford Organic.
Lady Carole Bamford, otherwise known as ‘Lady B’, wife to Sir Anthony
Bamford, shares her personal quest to bring the food industry back to its grass roots.
Gloucestershire | Washbourne Manor Hotel
Tuesday 11th September 2012
7:30am | Breakfast at Washbourne Manor Hotel
9:00am | We board our coach and travel to the Daylesford Organic Cooking School, located in
Gloucestershire. Without doubt, this is one of the finest boutique cooking
schools in Europe. Here we will prepare and indulge in a summer party feast under the guidance of
Vladimir Niza.
4:00pm | Late afternoon and evening at your own leisure. Relax at Washbourne Manor Hotel or
explore the area of The Slaughters.
Cotswolds/London | Berkeley Hotel
Wednesday 12th September 2012
7:30am | Breakfast at Washbourne Manor Hotel.
9:00am | A morning tour of the Cotswolds.
10:30am | Leisure time to explore and stroll through the beautiful English countryside villages,
before returning to London.
7:00pm | Dinner at the Berkeley Hotel, sharing the Chef’s table with Marcus Wareing.
Our group will break into two more intimate groups to enjoy a fully interactive dining experience. Tonight,
the second group will dine at their own leisure and experience Marcus Wareing’s Chef’s table
tomorrow night.

9:00am | We’re off to the Borough Markets, one of London’s famous markets, best known for its
local produce.
12:00pm | Lunch is at Liz Long’s favourite restaurant / cafe / food store in London,
Ottolenghi. Here, everyone receives a signed copy of the newly released
cookbook by Chef / Owner, Yotam Ottolenghi.
7:00pm | Dinner at the Berkeley Hotel, sharing the Chef’s table with Marcus Wareing.
Those who attended the Chef’s table experience yesterday will dine at their own leisure this evening.

12:00pm | We enjoy lunch at St. Pancreas Grand Champagne Bar, before boarding the Eurostar to
Paris, travelling first class.

9:00am | Today is truly a unique experience. It begins with our introduction to Paule Caillat, in her
fabulously French apartment in the Marais district. Paule will guide us through a typical French food
market where we will purchase the produce for today’s lunch; later prepared and enjoyed as a group.

9:00am | Today is yours to enjoy at your leisure. With so many things to see and do in Paris, the
hardest part will be deciding! BA Flaneur along the historic streets and through the public gardens, indulge in the world class shopping strips, or lose yourself at the galleries, viewing some of the world’s most beautiful and culturally significant art works.
7:30pm | Dinner at Le Petit Chatelet, a true Parisian institution.

Monday 17th September 2012
7:30am | Breakfast at Chateau Frontenac Hotel.
9:00am | We board the TGV to Reims, where we will be met by our local guide and private coach.
11:00am | We arrive at the home of Mumm Champagne where we will enjoy an exclusive tour of this world famous champagne house.
12:30pm | Lunch follows at Le Jardin Brasserie at the renowned, two star Michelin
restaurant, Chateau les Crayeres.
2:30pm | The afternoon is spent in the Cote des Blancs area which produces some of the finest
chardonnay vines.
6:00pm | Evening at your own leisure. Relax, explore or make a visit to one of Paris’ authentic bistros.

7:30pm | Dinner at Le Meurice, a 3 star restaurant with chef, Yannick Alleno.

Wednesday 19th September 2012

8:00am | We board the TGV to Nice. From here, it’s a short bus ride to one of the most beautiful
hotels in the world, Hotel du Cap, where we will spend the remainder of the tour.
12:00pm | Afternoon at your leisure.
8:00pm | Dinner is on the terrace at Hotel du Cap, overlooking the stunning
Meditteranean sea.

9:00am | Today is spent with Rosa Jackson, one of France’s most well known food
critics and cookbook authors. Rosa will take us to the local markets and then to lunch at her favourite,
family owned restaurant in the old town.
2:00pm | Back to the hotel; afternoon at your leisure.
7:00pm | An early evening boat trip; sit back, relax and indulge in the stunning views whilst enjoying
champagne and canapes.

Saturday 22nd September 2012
8:30am | Breakfast at Hotel du Cap.
10:00am | Today we visit the stunning Villa Rothschild on the port of Antibes before travelling to the
hilltop village of Eze. This area offers fabulous views of Monaco and the coast from above.
1:00pm | Lunch at the Chateau de la Chevre D’or; whose speciality is classical French gastronomy
and Meditteranean dishes.
8:00pm | Farewell dinner at Eden Roc restaurant. In such a magnificent dining room
setting, this will truly be a night to remember.
