°°STAFF
Staff are charged at the rate of $38 per hour, each with a four hour minimum. All staff are attired in either black or white "Luscious Affairs" collard jackets, chefs $45 per hour.
The rate is inclusive of Superannuation, Workcare entitlements and uniform expenses.
°°HIRE
All hire arrangements can be made on your behalf from Place Settings. Luscious Affairs is able to assist in floor layout, lighting, music, decorations and linen.
°°LIQUOR & ICE
Luscious Affairs is able to offer a selection of wines, beer, champagne, spirits and soft drinks. We are very happy to source any special requests that you may have. Ice is available at $3.50 per bag. You may wish to supply your own liquor, if you so wish.

°°FLORAL DESIGN
The Garden Patch has an exciting range of popular and unusual potted plants and decorative arrangements and cut flowers to specialise in meeting corporate, function and personal needs.
Recognising the importance of your time, The Garden Patch offer a free visiting consultancy service. This gives an opportunity to meet you in your environment. They find this helps you and them to develop a mutual understanding of your requirements and expectations.
°°FINAL NUMBERS
Final numbers must be given 4 days prior to the function. Please note that there are no refunds available should there by a reduction in final numbers four days prior to the function.

PAYMENT & TERMS
°°DEPOSIT
A 20% deposit of food costs is required 7 working days prior to the function.
°°FINAL PAYMENT & GST
Final payment is required 7 working days from the invoice date. GST will be added to the total of the account. The GST is 10%. Payment may be made by Cheque, Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard. Cheques are to be made payable to Luscious Affairs, 494 Tooronga Road, Hawthorn East, 3123.
